Corporate Communications Managers play an important role while spearheading the transformation process in organizations. To enhance on productivity it is crucial that regular meetings be held while trying to align organizational goals according as planned. This is achievable though while considering the input from all stakeholders. In case a problem is noted a rectification can be carried out in good time thus helping to a great extent. While formulating meetings; a number of problems usually emerge yet could be prevented. This is due to the likely tendency which could eventually affect every ones commitment in case the problem isn’t addressed. At the top of the list time management has always been of importance yet as a result of low commitment some may derail the process from start in good time without inconveniencing other people. When delays are occasioned so many activities are likely to be affected and could as well spill to their private time as lost time needs to be recovered. It is thus wise to ensure efficient use of time by as well not prolonging the subject beyond the time limits. Some staff may find it had to concentrate and could instead begin to sleep. All that may have been discoursed may rarely be off value to the organization now that none may have been attentive. The management or leadership for that sake ought to be cautious on how staff may be reacting to his deliberation while as well avoiding a monologue kind of experience (Dodd 54). It is also wise to arrange the sequence of events in an orderly manner wise making it short and precise to fine tune his delivery to staff. By restricting one from going out of the topic a lot can be achieved mainly due to some issues rarely being of significance to the organization thus only consuming time yet could be capitalized on other major issues. One thus ought to manage the entire process well. Good communication skills are thus welcomed and able to facilitate it. It also does assist while ensuring a good atmosphere is availed. The leader ought not to over utilize time while giving so much information but could however find time during other sittings while deliberating on any remaining issues. This could enable staff to concentrate or at least remember what was passed during such meetings. By sticking on issues of concern the goal could be well highlighted thus may only need to actualize the agenda. It’s rarely possible to achieve the expectation without investing a little bit of time during preparation. The manager ought to have a clear goal in mind so as to tackle such issues head on. When staff or in this case team member learn that he could be ill prepared they are likely to develop a low profile towards him while rarely taking it with the seriousness it disserves. Even while concluding on facts it’s so prudent to come up with clear findings to avoid recurring issues some of which are likely to be addressed in good time. At all cost the manager ought to manage the entire process well so as to limit interruptions while at times facing some issues head on. As highlighted in this report it is wise to carryout proper preparation and while aiming at effective oral presentation in business set up. Before the actual presentation one ought to practice how he’s likely to deliver on the actual day. This ought to capture the whole process from beginning till it ends. It’s also important to as well encourage the use of visual aids to enhance his presentation. Time management is of crucial importance owing to its ability to ensure every significant issue is discoursed and deliberation made while trying to drive the point home. To ensure the process is well monitored a good feedback mechanism should as well be adopted to facilitate it. Some audio visual equipments could as well be employed to realize change. During presentation one ought to apply the use of vocal as well as body language to facilitate it. In case of there being a need to encourage translation, this too can be adopted. One should as well emphasis his view while as well communicating audibly in an articulate manner. When a low tone is used some are unlikely to get the info passed owing to at times resulting to dozing while in the meeting room. While using a good body language one is able to communicate effectively as the audience get a good feel of what may be on offer. Before one is enrolled in an organization; he’s taken through a vigorous process which is basically meant to ensure well qualified individuals are employed thus meeting the organizations need. As a result several questions are asked; for instance, can one be able to deliver appropriately as he may be required. This is due to jobs being matched up to their basic skill which in this case do vary to a certain extent. The employer also tries to identify whether one is able to live up to expectation while directing his skill towards the actual process which in this case aims at translating his input to work. Ones motivation thus helps to a great extent if much is likely to be realized. While one may have all it takes to actualize his intent; its good to realize that every organization is build in a certain confine which in this case relates to the general work environment. Staff or rather the whole organization simply come up with their own unique way of doing things and could differ from across the board. To remain relevant; its important for one to fit into it, if this isn’t achieved within a short span of time it could be so difficult to actualize all their potential as may be required. While the interview is being conducted; the applicants are likely to face open question which is in this may touch on other issues apart from their skill in relation to their issue at hand. An example could be; do you have a family? Closed questions however rarely go beyond the subject in question and may be intended to gauge how one is knowledgeable on the job at hand or rather how productive they are likely to be to the organization while gauging their skill. A good example could be; “How much are we likely to benefit from you?” A tunnel sequence was discovered to begin with an open question but was ended with a closed question. On the flip side, an Inverted Funnel was vise versa. The tunnel however comprised of the two sequences. Probes basically refer to unplanned questions. This could be direct in nature, mirror probe which in this case may simply use a different perspective while trying to handle issues. Summary probes where one simply puts all issues in point form. The other one refers to the silent probe. Apart from this; the manager is likely to employ leading question which in this case tries to borrow a specific direction without factoring in the other side. While employing neutral questions the manager rarely sides with a given view but only allows the people to come up with their own choice. Brief business messages are classified as classified documents owing to their ability to communicate the organizational agenda without being too detailed. The management is thus able to utilize them while trying to pass their objective in a more fast way than would be the case while utilizing other means some of which are too abstract. Eventualities likely to lead to the usage of such means may be occasioned by the need to pass information in a fast way. Such information ought to be direct and to the point this is because some may rarely take much time to read what may be relayed. As a result of regular updates it’s wise to as well encourage clarity as well as of good size incase memos are used to ensure the message is visible to those passing by. The staff should as well be encouraged to keep on check for updates least they stay uninformed of current happenings in the organization thus shouldn’t be left out. Simplicity is grand thus the need to adopt it while ensuring all are better placed to gain. Operation centered approach gears at ensuring all the set plans within the organization are carried out in an efficient way than expected. In order to achieve it strategies are worked on while empowering the operational managers to implement such consideration. A customer centered approach on the other hand tries to ensure clients are given all the due respect needed owing to them acting as the main object as the ultimate aim of production tends to address their need. Without capturing their demand it’s unlikely to achieve productivity within the time limits set. In order to make it though the two approaches are however implemented to supplement the entire goal of the organization which in this case aims at attaining the main aim so as to remain relevant? When one comes across an unhappy employee one ought to find out why this could be happening while also addressing the need in question so as to sustain a good relationship which is good if much is to be realized. This is because it’s quite hard to gain a client but so easy to lose them. Work Cited Balmer, John MT, and Edmund R. Gray.
