Sustainable Health Care in Zintan Example To analyze how the Crescent staff and volunteers in Zintan can develop sustainable health care Point It was discovered that the services offered by the organization in this region were not meeting the expected standards of the society, making the community less reliant on the organization for help. I was then able to establish that the relatively low level of service quality in the institution was largely down to the inability of the service providers, who are majorly volunteers, to have exploited their maximum potential in offering the required services. This deficit was largely a managerial problem than it was a personal problem for the workers. Considering the serious impact of this misdeed on the general quality of healthcare in the society, there was need to establish the different drivers of this and make proposals on the way forward. Interpretation I could not have contemplated on how best the sought-after information could be acquired particularly with the virtually little research knowledge I had. A comprehensive revisit of the basic research aspects that could facilitate validity and accuracy was very important, especially in ensuring that the findings obtained reflected the actual situation of the population under study (Marshall, Cardon, Poddar and Fontenot, 2013). On the other hand, it was apparent that the research could have done better had we had a prior analysis of the different categories of the workers in the organization to establish what information was to be expected from them. For instance, it was evident that volunteers lacked experience in the field and had little input on how well the management of the practices could be done. To be included in the questionnaire was the demographic information of the respondent, which included age; sex and occupational status were meant to facilitate proper determination of the variability of influential factors across the population. Motivating the respondents was one of my key roles, particularly through assuring them of their confidentiality and making them understand how the findings of the study were of essence to their general good in healthcare services. A key component of the study was ensuring its compliance with the ethical considerations as stipulated by the ethics committee (Hynes, 2012). In this case, anonymity of the respondent was key, and the individual’s consent was obtained prior to inclusion in the study. On the other hand, the participation was made as convenient as possible to prevent any feeling of intimidation on the respondent, as they were at liberty to terminate their partial or complete participation when they felt like (Starke, 2013) Consideration Being my first research study, I felt the practices involved were a success, especially with the number of respondents I managed to engage in the study. Ideally, the study I conducted had minimal bias and had no cases of respondent withdrawal (Marshall, Cardon, Poddar and Fontenot, 2013). However, the formulation of the questionnaires together with the questions therein could have required further improvement in order to ensure that the study comprehensively covered all the aspects that have direct or indirect impact on the outcome of the healthcare in the region.
