Several leading organizations around the globe are trying to capitalize on the potential business operation opportunities that are developed due to the enhancement of effective organizational operational practices in order to be competitive in this highly saturated global market place. Human resource department can be considered as one of the important and effective departments for any organization around the globe as effective human resource management practices and policies generally help an organization to be competitive in the market place among other market competitors.

Effective organizational leadership style and adequate employee management in the workplace generally help an organization to strengthen the policies and strategy development aspect within the human resource management department. In addition to it, it is also important for an organization to take care of the needs, expectation and satisfaction level of the employees within the workplace in order to maintain effective employee performance. Several organizations are trying to implement effective approaches and strategies in the human resource management process to take care of the needs and satisfaction level of the employees.

In addition to this, it is also important for the organizational leaders to employ an effective leadership style in the organizational operation process top maintain effective relationships between the employees and top-level management of the organization. Each and every organization generally develops business goals as well as organizational goals. Therefore, it is highly important for organizations to develop the potential and strong workforce in order to meet those developed goals. In addition to this, it is also important for organizations to consider effective leadership approaches in order to control the performance of the employees quite significantly.

It is up to the leaders, what type of leadership style or leadership approach will be suitable for the workforce as it depends upon performance level, satisfaction level and competency level of employees.
