There has to be supervision and providing leadership in all aspects of business and there has to be other factors that would be building business.

These factors could be termed as

Trust, discipline, sincerity and integrity.

Awareness of business, smartness of business, knoweldge and grasping power.

There has to be efficiency in work and intelligence.

There has to be high integrity and morality in business.

There has to be positive intelligence and defensive smartness.

There has to be punctuality and time management.

There has to be completion of duties, responsibilities at right time and accountability at work.

There has to be sensible approach towards business.

There has to be effective communication that would be transforming the workplace as words and there would be words that would be motivating the business process
