INTRODUCTION The technological advancement in this most modern era evidently laid a way for the reincarnation of neo nomadism. This reappearance of nomadic culture is mainly due to the progression of effective communication, information as well as transportation systems across the globe. A nomadic life can give you every freedom you wish to access in life. There is no tension about office work, boss firing and other daily tensions. Driving out to the open road is not a mere imagination now and it has turned to be a reality with the technology favoring the aspiring generation. In this urban environment, an individual or a family has the right to choose nomadism as their culture and it is appreciable and acceptable in this mobile world. However, nomadic lifestyle is considered as an uncivilized way of living by the sedentary society. What could be the reason behind this? There might be different reason for people to switch over to this type of living style. Some of us consider the style during the retirement life, this is the time when we wish to be free from homely tensions and want to enjoy life. Another group of people are those who are homeless and have no other option than choosing nomadic life, also fly out to road. However, the case is different with modern nomads, who also consider about earning, living, saving as well as connecting to people along with enjoying the fun on being free. Nomads love to have freedom, fun and more space for relationships and want to stay away from day to day tensions. Luckily, the present day technological efficiency has made it easy for anyone to be anywhere both virtually as well as physically at any time and thus, techno nomadism is a reality. Though, the life of nomads are filled with fun and adventure, they need to face numerous challenges primary areas that influenced the modern nomads are the prototype of free venture and marketing that offers a better economic prosperity. However, the initial point that arises in a nomadic mind is the transportable tools and environment. What are the best types of transportable tools that are ideal for a modern nomadic lifestyle? As a solution to this haunting question, a wide study is performed and discussed here. The most wonderful point of discussion is the architectural creativity that made a space for easy transportation and survival for the modern as well as the post modern nomads. This paper purely talks about the emergence of neo nomadism with respect to the technological effects and the means of leading a nomadic culture. The significance of nomadic atmosphere and architecture suitable for a modern, comprehensive and rapidly growing mobile community is studied and discussed. A thesis focusing on the methods and architectural problem associated with a modern nomadic lifestyle is included. The tools that are crucial and adjustable to a logical transportable environment are studied while focusing on a hybrid infrastructure, service and efficacy. It also discusses the perfect solutions and the effective utilization of simple architectural tools and construction techniques to lead a modern nomadic life. Along with a simple transportation, easy construction and wonderful nomadic lifestyle, a person also needs to consider the chances of a great earning. This can be achieved to specific tools and effective communication networks. Excellent ideas and solutions are discussed here that can help the nomads overcome all the challenges related to transportation, communication and earnings. Now, let us see how nomadism is ruling this modern world and how the nomads are overcoming the challenges that face during their adventurous life. 2. LITERATURE REVIEW Ancient world witnessed the nomadic culture that slowly moved and ended up to a defined and restricted lifestyle commonly termed as sedentary lifestyle. This style of living came into being by around 18th century. But, what could be the main causes for this change? The main reason behind the rise of sedentary model during our historical times is focused more on economical as well as political issues and crises. Major other factors that helped to introduce the sedentary living style during 18th century includes, socialist campaigns, national or state wars, colonial policies and other natural calamities. Society also plays a major role in the introduction of sedentary mode and the main elements includes social-economic phenomenon, direct-indirect activities and subtle-complex process evolving at various stages of a society. With time, the nomadic to sedentary exchanges and relations have shown a fluctuating behavior. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, at many parts of the world, both groups accessed and enjoyed mutual benefits with peaceful associations, trading and exchanging. However, the sedentary group considered the nomads as uncivilized, disparaging and rootless. This particular outlook has occurred as the notion of civilization focused keenly on to the sedentary model and there was no other choice of a fundamentally dissimilar cultural stage such as nomadism, in its elucidation. With the rise of modern day nomadism, one can count that the culture is greatly being biased to its sedentary style and the ancient sedentary culture was prejudiced by the nomadic culture. Thus, we can stress to the point that both the mode of living has enormous common factors and are closely associated to each other. Certain ancient Chinese nomadic group claimed that the sedentary people relied on them through the process of trade. This process is carried out to access clothing, food and luxury. The Chinese nomads also introduced a market place for sedentary groups where goods and pastoral products are laid for sedentary purchase. Pastoralism, which was introduced by nomads proved to be highly beneficial for sedentary groups as it offered essential service to them. This came into being after the establishment of the agricultural society and helped to make use of the areas that were considered as economically useless. Both the people communicated through many other means other than trading. The Arab Bedouin nomads offered a vital transportation service connection across the broad desert that also helped the sedentary group. In the same way, the Eurasian nomads facilitated to develop links associated with the Silk Road trading. Thus, the two groups had close association from history to modern times. However, the imperfect sedentary perceptive of culture as well as the civilization causes them to negatively view the nomadic culture. A drastic change can be visualized with the modern neo nomadism. Though the concept of economy and living are same, the style of carrying out the living showed a great difference and the urban environment welcomes this culture as a mean towards modernism. The outcome of computers, Internets, mobile phones, other hardware and laptops, people are happily selecting their ancestral living pattern but with the most modern approach. The modern technology offers us numerous effective methods to earn through Internet and laptop and there is no need to waste money and time for traveling to office for food and shelter. A number of reputed outsourcing companies around the world are offering work for freelance job seekers and with an effective communication system, a person can easily choose this type of earning comfortably from any location. TOOLS REQUIRED TO LEAD TECHNO NOMADISM We have seen that different forms of hardware tools were manufactured by people to survive a nomadic life during ancient times. During those times, it was very difficult for the nomads to withstand the changing climate as well as the cultural variations. However, this is not the case of modern nomads who have invented innovative tools that are capable of supporting their mobile lifestyle. Though we still require the help of some hardwoods, most of the tools are soft, lightweight, and transportable and information focused ones. These soft supporting tools enhance easy access to get connected with the outside world through data, community and networks. i. Architectural Concept: While considering the architectural tools to design the living space, the nomads need to consider small, non- toxic, weightless, easy to store, easy to transport and easily assembled elements. Therefore, the architects and the designers around the world have chosen a building technology referred plug in architecture that is ideal to overthrow the traditional masonry blocks. To improve the systems efficacy, a technological invention of space frame tools was performed. This technology supported a high class performance structures developed with weightless and soft units. However, this method does not seem to be much effective for a high class nomadic life and this is due to the lack of industry standards. Majority of the space frames used in buildings are of hand fabricated structure. They are of high cost as well as lack efficiency. Another well known tool considered by nomads form the modular wall unit manufactured with US technologies. The units are formulated using aluminum frame units and utilized for store displays. The unit incorporates complicated and well structured screw driven clamps, modular panels and connectors and are more efficient than normal plug in architecture. To cut down the cost of architectural products and to reduce the size and weight, theatrical trusses were introduced by most of the nomads in Japan. The prolyte truss tools offered more adjustable connection especially, the corner parts. However, certain groups considered the product as an expensive one. Therefore, they started out for more styles that are feasible to them and ended up with the discovery of warehouse mezzanine units. This unit holds an efficient modular structural design that is capable to adapt to any type of housing area and usage. However, we need to select a paint that is less toxic in nature. Another best option is N55 manufactured octet space frame networks. This holds all the advantages of a box beam but is less expensive and water resistant in nature. The N55 products meets almost all the necessities of an urban nomad and most of their designs are cleverly handles with recycling of industrial casts and hardware. The product uses geometrical configuration that makes a great way for easy transportation, storage and communication. ii. Physical Requirements: To lead a nomadic lifestyle, one needs to consider the ways to access a living system that offers every physical safety, privacy and comfort that a home offers. The requirements need to include good shelter, sanitation, food preparation, cooling or heating, sleeping arrangements and storage facilities. The best solution for this issue is to rely on motels and other living areas that give temporary home facilities to lead a nomadic life. Good examples of such abodes form the single room hotel and plug in Berlin rooms. These temporary homes are well sanitized and offer homely comfort and are economically feasible. The main idea of creating such a network of abodes is to use the already available spaces and mould it into different forms in an intellectual way to deal with this alternative living style. These homes have good cooking and sanitation facilities but the nomads need to maintain it themselves. Storage facility is another point of worry for nomads. To achieve utmost flexibility, a nomad needs to cut down the amount of personal belongings. However, the nomads still require some storage spaces to store the materials that are unavoidable such as the personal computer, clothes, writing materials and useful kitchen utensils. Nomads consider flexibility in accessing the private storage unit by means of finger printing or other biometric technology when it is possible. iii. Logical Work area: A modern nomadic society gives equal importance to an adventurous life and an earning method which is feasible to them. While performing an offline job, a professional need not worry about any factor or element associated with his job. However, he lacks enough freedom and needs to hear periodical firings from the boss. For nomads, the best option is to choose an online work space for regular earnings. To create a wonderful logical work space, we need to consider certain vital elements. The vital elements include: Materiality Communication Systems Information Technology Services These elements are a necessity to develop a logical work space for a modern nomadic profession. These elements enhance a person to communicate with his clients and customers from anywhere and at any time. Our existing technology and communication systems concentrates more on asymmetric communication techniques, where the incoming information flows larger compared to outgoing information. It also focuses on nodal infrastructure and therefore, is suitable for nomadic culture. The conditions may impose certain limitations to our capacity to take upon a nomadic profession. Animal husbandry and stock raising, handicrafts and horticulture were the main area of earning for rural ancient nomads. However, the urban nomads concentrate more on developing advertising space for business promotions, recycling centers collecting and remaking waste bottles, cans and papers. They are also concentrating towards new methods of earning that is more feasible for their life style. iv. Camouflaged Strategies for nomads: Housing for nomads needs to consider the architectural concept such as flexibility, durability and weightless design. In a temporary style of living, the requirement for necessary shelter with protection is measured as a supreme choice by every nomad. The best solution to camouflage is to select a single room hotel that is located in a wide undefined space in your selected city. The hotels interiors are designed considering the basic necessity such as electricity, cold water, hot water, heat, cooking and sleeping facility. The hotels are almost hidden with the modern urban settings. The designers use advertising posters to develop a camouflaged habitat along with the idea to arise the economy that is vital for supporting the entire project. Billboards can also be used by the nomads as a protection tool as well as an earning tool. v. Utilization of Misappropriate Space: With sufficient tools, any misappropriate space can be converted into a logical space for living as well as work. With an efficient networking that is ideal for communication and appropriate architectural tools that can be easily transportable, any person can enjoy a nomadic culture with a handsome earning. A great number of research work helped me to build up a transportable living unit that is constructed with simple techniques ideal for a nomadic lifestyle. The area is surrounded with billboards and advertising space, which also helped me to camouflage in the urban atmosphere along with a space to earn. 3. CONCLUSION It is always necessary to evaluate the social issues to count upon the ecological inference of a modern nomadic society and its culture. A logical area offering a shelter as well as an effective mode to communicate can eventually decrement the cost of frequent to and fro traveling of the executives to finish each and every assignment. Transportability may include both the logical activity of an environment and the corporeal relocation. The nomads need to rely on the software as well as hardware essential to offer utilization of virtual job environment. The billboards and advertising space around your logical space can turn out to be a great earning to the nomads who are interested in advertising and marketing. Online world also offer you with other opportunities such as content writing, blogging, transcription, online tuition and many other options to make money with a nomadic lifestyle. If the environment is constructed with appropriate tools that are ideal to lead a nomadic life, one can easily enjoy a modern, global and mobile society comforts. References 1. Min Yun, Young. 2006.
