Personally, I have had experience with the HR function of business for being late to work. The supervisor had the responsibility to make sure all employees turned up on time. My experience was a negative one as I was given a warning for my behavior. I learned from this and made a conscious effort to turn up to work on time every day.Who in your judgment who has responsibility for HR management within a business?  A large business will usually have an HR manager on staff. However, smaller businesses do not have the luxury of such a position.

In this case, I would say that collectively it is everyone’s responsibility to make sure that the business runs smoothly.Why have you elected to take this course?  I would like to take this course to gain a greater understanding of businesses perform Human Resource Management in a growing and changing world. What are the external factors that shape the way HR is carried out?What do you expect to get out of this course?  Other than attaining a good grade, I expect to gain knowledge and insight into how businesses deal with the issues involved, such as dealing with employees who push the boundaries.

What will you contribute to our class learning?  I will offer my thoughts and insight into the issues presented in class. Also, I will not hesitate to ask questions when I do not completely understand the lesson.What single thing have you learned in your past experience that you believe is most valuable in regards to Human Resource Management?  I have learned that a business is just like a team. A team needs to have people in place to pull the team together, striving for the goal. Businesses are just the same in that they need someone to help the workplace function as they should.
