The paper "How Northern Rock Can Re-Motivate Its Workers" is an outstanding example of a management research proposal. It has been universally acknowledged that well-motivated workers act as a catalyst to propel the company to the next level. Additionally, A business can incur tremendous falls if the management is out of contact with their fired up quality workers. In other words, they can lose the working psyche and burn out in the process. Furthermore, low-quality employees in terms of performance do not stress themselves with work to the extent of losing morale. By so saying, it means that any worker who needs re-motivation must have been at any one point producing high-quality services with morale (James, 2015). In other words, a less motivated employee is a devastating blow to the organization. Furthermore, it is hard to find better workers without necessarily losing the most productive one which can never be an option in a successful chasing organization such as the Northern Rock. After the nationalization of the Northern Rock in the year 2008, a move that was meant to maintain financial stability and protect the taxpayer, Northern Rock was expected to enter a growth period coupled with the repayment of 25 million euros government loan (HM Treasury, 2012). Therefore, having a motivated staff is one of the essential elements that the management of Northern Rock would really appreciate.

However, in the corporate world, keeping a worker motivated entirely has been one of the worrying trends in many organizations and yet, there have been fewer efforts that have been made to evaluate and analyze how workers' morale can be re-motivated. It is universally known that many organizations have established motivation training and services (James, 2015). Therefore, this research paper will explore how burn out workers can be re-motivated in the corporate world using Northern Rock as a case study. Besides the financial crisis that was witnessed across Europe in the year 2008, Northern Rock (Asset Management) and private ownership has experienced many challenges in terms of hiring and maintaining their workforce morale high (HM Treasury,2012).
